Caroline Stroud is an executive coach with a particular focus on supporting leaders in transition.
Whether newly promoted or stepping into a challenging management role, coaching provides the space to reflect on priorities, navigate challenges, and unlock both individual and team potential.
A former Global People Partner and Global Practice Group Leader for People & Reward at Freshfields, she spent many years on the firm’s Global Management Board.
With over 30 years’ experience leading complex global teams and advising boards, partnerships and organisations on people-related matters, there is a deep, first-hand understanding of the pressures, dynamics and politics of corporate and partnership environments.
This background brings a rare combination of professional services insight, senior leadership experience and an empathetic, grounded approach. The coaching style is commercially astute and focused on helping leaders thrive.
There is also a strong interest in corporate culture, with extensive experience in cultural research, board effectiveness reviews and workplace investigations.
A particular focus lies in the psychology of inclusive leadership - understanding why individuals may not speak up, and supporting leaders to build more open, effective and inclusive teams.
